He joined the team as an early employee in 2014 when the organization was ~30 people and helped scale it to 700+ employees worldwide. Today he works primarily with the executive leadership team to ensure the organization's people, practices, and platforms are run efficiently and innovatively. In the past he has helped build and lead product strategy, product management, research, customer success, people and partnerships team functions within the org. His background is in agency and in-house product design leadership.
