Megan Wheeler is a cross-functional generalist with over 15 years of B2B and B2C experience and has a strong belief in a collaborative approach. As Chief of Staff at Moves Financial, she is responsible for working alongside the CEO and CFO to drive forward the company’s strategic initiatives along with the coordination of the Financial, People, and Legal teams, and is the Executive Sponsor of Regulatory Compliance; Non-Dilutive Funding; Thought Leadership; DEBI Committee; and OKRs. She cares about working with good people, at a good company, doing good work, and making an impact.

Madi's worked at Hangar as an investor and Chief of Staff since 2018. Hangar works with investors and founders to help them adapt their creations to serve needs of national or international significance and scale them appropriately. She's worked closely with their portfolio companies and leadership teams, such as Roster Health (a technology-enabled service that empowers local community members to improve health outcomes) and Cornea (a company that provides on site support during natural disasters).

Leland's worked in the Chief of Staff role at Bowery Farming for 3 years. He's currently working on finding a replacement for his role, as he discovers the next position for him. Bowery recently fundraised at a valuation of $2.3B.
