Tom is Co-founder & Partner at Dash Fund, a microfund that invests in pre-seed and seed startups. He also leads Special Projects a fintech platform, Clearbanc.

Dash itself is backed by funds including Bain, Tribe, and Anthemis, in addition to individuals like Angela Strange (a16z), Jon Keidan (Torch), and other friends in tech / venture. He's also in a special projects role at Clearbanc—a venture-backed FinTech startup—where he incubates, launches, and scales new initiatives (e.g., Valuation, SaaS financing, Clearbanc Ventures).
