Gerald Yao

Gerald guides strategic and corporate culture initiatives. He co-founded FiscalNote after a decade leading operations in the non-profit, public schools, and start-up sectors. He is currently Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the board of directors, overseeing international expansion and leading FiscalNote’s corporate responsibility program.

Previously, Gerald was director of finance for the National Youth Association.
